Well I did a compression test to my 91 B16A. It completely stock inside. My numbers are.
Cylinder 1 --> 185
Cylinder 2 --> 185
Cylinder 3 --> 180
Cylinder 4 --> 180
Is my car ok? What numbers a stock B16A should have?

Good question - I haven't had an opportunity to check mine. Anyone?

Well unless you have low compression all the way across, then your engine looks great. I just don't know the compression on the cylinders.
If within all cylinders are within 10% the engine is considered strong.

Your compression numbers are pretty much all the same so I think your B16A is in good shape. I've seen tests of other "old" engines with one or more cylinders having way less compression so I think your engine is in pretty good shape.
I'm not a mechanic but I think you are ok.

My friend told me that his Compression Gauge wasn?t giving accurate reading. So I proceed to buy one for my own use.
I got the Compression reading with the new gauge and got these values.
Cylinder #1 220
Cylinder #2 210
Cylinder #3 215
Cylinder #4 220
What about this new numbers? I think that it?s ok then.

Since the Del Sol B16A is so similar, I'd ask the honda parts guy to see a Del Sol Maintenance Manual, and check the compression numbers there.
